A short introduction
Christel de Vos is a management consultant, trainer and coach, leading and developing training programs and projects in change and leadership with a wide variety of clients, both in profit and not for profit organizations.
She develops and delivers programs in personal effectiveness, communication skills, personal and professional leadership for all levels of the organization. In addition to team coaching and group facilitation, she is coaching professionals, managers and executives in their search for excellence and their transformation to personal and professional leaders.
Christel has worked in several areas of expertise during her international career in the several organizations and positions.
She holds several certifications related to coaching, training, leadership and communication:

- Certified facilitator with IAF, the International Association of Facilitators

Her educational development entails a multitude of training such as NLP, Group Dynamics, Family Constellations, Basic Psychology, Coaching, Personal Leadership, Train the trainer, Presentation skills, Project management, Total Quality Management, Sales, Consulting, Logistics, Managing and Implementing Organizational Changes, Organizational Development, Management, Marketing, Communication.
In 2003 Christel founded Coachcafé®, a network of professionals in coaching.
In 2007 she started her own business: ChristelClear Coaching & Training offering advice, training and coaching for organizations in change.
She is an Associate Partner of the Pentascope Partnernetwork.
Her personal mission is to create an inspirational environment where people are able to fully apply their talents and further develop their skills and capabilities. While staying independent she continues to expand her network with professionals who are seeking her experience to create ongoing partnerships and joint ventures.
